Justin Klugh is an award-winning writer from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. A former season ticket holder at Citizens Bank Park and lost child at Veterans Stadium, he eventually graduated from Temple University in 2009 and spent his formative years writing features for Philly.com. His sports writing has also appeared in the Philadelphia Inquirer, The Athletic, and Baseball Prospectus. He is also the co-host of multiple Phillies podcasts including Hittin’ Season, a Phillies podcast for WHYY, and The Dirty Inning, about the dumbest, funniest, and most obscure innings in Phillies history. He is the owner of a signed picture of Gene Mauch shouting and waving his arms (the signature is not Gene Mauch’s).
